YYR TCM Tuina Therapy

YYR TCM Tuina Therapy

Chinese Therapeutic Massage: a structured approach informed by TCM meridians, muscle layers and body structure.

YYR TCM Tuina Therapy
Relax gradually with pressure and rhythm suited to your body.

YYR TCM Tuina Therapy is based on TCM meridian theory, with attention to muscle layers, body structure and everyday movement habits.

Before we begin, we discuss how you feel, including areas of tension, fatigue or restricted movement, then plan the areas, pressure and rhythm for your session.

We value your feedback and gradual adjustments. Sessions are adapted to you, without promising results from a single visit.

PERSONALISED CARE

Care based on how you feel today

Areas of tension, comfortable pressure and physical responses differ from person to person. We discuss your needs before deciding what to focus on.

Techniques and rhythm can also change during the session according to your feedback.

Your work may involve prolonged standing, walking or repetitive movements.

🏃

Relaxation after exercise

You may feel muscle tension after exercise and want appropriate body relaxation.

🌿

Everyday fatigue

You may often feel physically heavy and want to establish a regular care routine.

👐

Individual attention

You may prefer pressure, focus areas and rhythm to reflect how you feel at the time.

📅

Regular body care

You may value a gradual approach rather than a single intense experience.

Tuina techniques during a session

SYSTEMATIC TUINA

Technique involves more than pressure

YYR Tuina considers meridian pathways, muscle layers and body structure, with attention to placement, direction and pressure.

Our aim is gradual relaxation within your comfort range. More pain does not mean a more effective session.

OUR PROCESS

Every visit starts with a conversation

1

Understand your condition

Discuss recent physical sensations, lifestyle and relevant health information.

2

Agree on focus areas

Identify areas of tension or those you would like us to pay attention to.

3

Your Tuina session

Areas, pressure and rhythm are adjusted according to your body’s response.

4

After-session guidance

We share observations from the session and everyday habits you may wish to consider.
